Oud and warm spices sit at the front of Assaf Pegasus Oud. Oud is dark, resinous and woody, with a slightly medicinal edge, and the spices add heat around it. In the heart, rare woods deepen the woody theme and smoky accents give it a charred, incense-like darkness. The opening is therefore deep from the start rather than fresh.
