Cool and fruity is how Assaf Deep Amber starts: bergamot gives citrus, mint adds a sharp, icy freshness, and berries bring tart sweetness. In the heart, caramel deepens the sweetness towards toffee, and lavender cuts across it with a clean, herbal note. Mint and lavender share an aromatic quality, which helps hold the caramel in check.
In the base, amber is joined by cedarwood, tonka and patchouli. Amber is warm and resinous, cedarwood dry, tonka smooth and sweet, patchouli earthy. The style is a sweet, amber-heavy scent with a fresh aromatic opening, and the contrast between the minty top and the caramel-amber depth is its main feature.
